What is an Interim Manager ?

Interim Managers are highly skilled and experienced senior managers engaged to work alongside client management teams on short/medium or long term business improvement or change programs. Often described as Agents of Change, Interim Managers operate, in partnership with the client, as individual Limited Companies and are paid day rates for the days they are working on client assignments.

Gap Management

Providing a short to medium term resource where a key staff member has had to take a short break due to illness, holiday, maternity/paternity leave etc.

Ad Hoc Management

Providing very short term resource to support any necessary client activity such as major presentations, strategic advice, individual client management mentoring or assistance with key business events.
